Both the GSI-enabled and the insecure RFIO advertise themselves in the BDII as providing protocol rfio; there is thus no way for ELFI to known that an SE provides insecure RFIO other than attempting a connection and failing.
We do expect that, after a transitional period, insecure RFIO services will disappear. Is this the case? Where/how should we report this issue?
